Session 1: The Basics

During this introductory session, attendees will learn platform basics, including:

  • Admin tasks like setting up your organization and managing users
  • Platform navigation through all 5 search modules
  • Saving searches and setting up alerts so you never miss an update
  • Filtering search results and exporting for deeper analysis

Session 2: The Technique

During this intermediate session, attendees will learn platform best practices and navigation techniques, including:

  • Deep dive into individual search modules
  • Tips and tricks for effective searching and filtering
  • Closer look at additional filters in the left-hand navigation and the possibilities with each 
  • Organize and maintain your searches and alerts with tags, alert frequency preferences, etc.

Session 3: The Intelligence

During this advanced session, attendees will learn how to derive insight from their analysis, with a specific focus on how to:

  • Identify and segment your total addressable market (TAM) with Report Builder
  • Fuel your agency lead list with expiring contracts, subscriptions, and warranties
  • Warm up your cold calls using specific PO details and enhanced contact information
  • Grow your channel distribution using the company view of spending search results
  • Turn your insights into wins with lists and opportunities
